Daily bites

I am starting small, laddering into bigger steps and then leaps.

VRA plan:
1) exercise daily - 20min.
2) a big bowl of raw vegetables daily.
3) protein shake for breakfast.
4) sufficient rest - 7hrs.
5) flush body with water - min 2 litres.

Been doing this for the past 7 days - How's your VRA plan coming along VGians??
