New beginning.. i am waiting for inputs from you guys..

i share my own.. This is an even more exciting year.. although we seldom talk about our success.. Just to inform your, we have currently 70 students!! at this period of time last year, we might not have even 35!! of course some might say we are over-staffed.. honestly speaking.. i learn alot from hiring. i will blog my philosophy of hiring once i get the hang of it. The secret in true retirement is in building people, building organisation, building dreams!! i have to accompalish this dream by 30!! Jia Hui cannot wait already.. always saying i am not accompanying her!! i will devote my time to building a lasting system for true retirement!! YEAH!!

Weekly goals (w/o 14Mar10):
- Update my calendar on a daily basis.
- Update my finances on a daily basis.
- Online posting for Chem, follow up on leads and evaluation this week to close 5 students.
- Ensure TC runs well, with post events followup
- Kids yoga event - prep and action.
- Set time for interviews (2) and evaluations (2)

Weekly goals (w/o 08Mar10):
- Update my calendar on a daily basis. - done
- Update my finances on a daily basis. - done
- Onboard Besse - done
- Online posting for Chem, follow up on leads and evaluation this week to close 5 students. - no online posting. Followed up leads and arranged for evaluation. I NEED MORE SLOTS!!!!
- TC: Call Parents, Print brouchure + give students. Firm up numbers and venue. - done
- Script emails to Tertiary institutes - open
- Maps into PPT - O level Chem - prep for book - ABS, Energetics - pending
- Probation evaluation - format + evaluation pointers - open
- Set time for interviews (2) and evaluations (2) - done

- Enjoy CNY & catch up with frens

- Make myself healthier

> drink more water (Yes, drinking alot more)

- Exercise (jog for 30 mins, kickstart exercise momentum) [I went bowling TWICE till 1am. And I helped my mum out to prepare for CNY. No time! Actually carrying stuffs and cleaning the hse can be quite a workout u noe?]

- Tidy my cupboard (Tidy!)

1) ace Gender Psychology midterm exams [SCREWED UP :( ]

2) brainstorm on math concept mapping for the nxt Level Up Challenge [not yet completed but i already aligned the newly taught topic so that it will be easily brought out in Memory Test]

3) have super fun classes this week, for reward after ASS & CA1 [yea not bad]

4) prepare in advance for nxt week's Child Abnormal Psychology midterm exam [didnt have time to study, I will study monday/ tues]

5) 5 new students for Math dept [only confirmed close 1 p6 myself, another 2 p5 closed by WS, 1 p4 cannot confirm & chose to join after SA1]

6) complete followup calling for the rest of the leads
